CERTASS Installers
CERTASS is a Competent Person Scheme for the glazing industry. All Certass registered contractors are vetted to ensure they are qualified to carry out the replacement of windows and doors in accordance with the current Building Regulations.
On behalf of scheme members, Certass will:

Register the installation with the relevant Local Authority Building Control office

Provide you, the homeowner, with the Building Regulation Compliance Certificate for the work carried out.
This is your proof of compliance with Building Regulations and will be required by your solicitor should you wish to sell your property.
